Jane Kosloff, LICSW, PMH-C is a clinical social worker in Seattle, Washington. Jane started her career working in community mental health and primary care settings. Jane has been in private practice since 2018.

In private practice, Jane has focused on working with pregnant and postpartum clients around anxiety and trauma, both birth trauma and trauma from other sources. Over time, EMDR has become Jane’s favorite modality. Jane continues to be impressed with how powerful and flexible EMDR can be in helping clients through a variety of difficulties and helping through stuckness.

As a CIT, Jane can offer consultation to those who have completed EMDR basic training. Jane’s happy to consult both with clinicians who are working towards certification and those who are wanting to deepen their practice without having certification as a goal. Jane’s clinical interests include anxiety, ADHD from a neurodiversity affirming framework, and she has experience working with perinatal OCD.
