**Consultant-in-Training** A self-described "neuro-nerd," I am a former biology teacher, turned attachment-informed trauma therapist. I have spent the majority of my career working with children and families, with a niche working with children who have been in foster care and parents who are adopting from foster care.

I enjoy working with families and a variety of populations, and love helping my clients understand and harness their body and brain reactions to trauma. I am experienced at adapting EMDR strategies for individuals who struggle with ADHD. I enjoy helping novice EMDR clinicians grow their skills.
