Megan Shane

Megan Shane (LICSW, CCTS-I, CCTS-P, CAGCS) is a clinical traumatologist. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine University. She believes firmly in her calling to psychotherapy and consider it to be an incredible privilege to walk beside others experiencing difficult times, to witness the incredible strength and resiliency in the human journey we call life. She believes with my whole being that every one of us possesses the ability to heal. Megan leans into a holistic and humanistic approach to working with clients using a trauma informed lens and a strengths-based perspective. She utilizes various therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness based treatment approaches with focus on mind/body connection, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, & Ego States Therapy. She also utilizes a Narrative Therapy approach, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and Solution Focused Therapy. Megan offers a boutique, concierge approach to traditional and intensive therapy.
