This live-streamed foundational training with Dr. Mara Tesler Stein offers a comprehensive overview of EMDR therapy. Participants learn the standard EMDR therapy protocol, the adaptive information processing model, and trauma-informed stabilization to prepare clinicians for optimal implementation. Clinicians working with perinatal clients are the audience for this training, which includes the full foundational curriculum provided through the perinatal lens. This training meets all EMDRIA requirements (in combination with 10 hours of consultation and completion of a post-training test).
The training utilizes the Institute for Creative Mindfulness curriculum, developed by Dr. Jamie Marich, founder and director of ICM. Dr. Mara Tesler Stein serves as senior faculty at ICM and is the trainer for this course.
