I am a clinical psychologist and EMDR consultant in training specializing in helping women gain confidence, set boundaries, and find relief from feelings of anxiety and self-doubt. I also specialize in helping women experiencing difficulties related to preconception planning, fertility challenges, pregnancy and neonatal loss, pregnancy/postpartum mood disorders, and navigating motherhood.
