Amanda Vargo

Amanda has been working in the counseling field for over 10 years. After graduating with her Master's degree and working in community mental health, she decided to start her own private practice in 2017. Amanda's passion lies in empowering teens and women to better manage their stress + emotions and overcome various challenges in their life from breakups to motherhood. After struggling to grow her own family and receiving an infertility diagnosis of PCOS, Amanda found a new passion in helping women with fertility struggles of their own as well as maternal mental health. Amanda has taken extensive trainings in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International, Perinatal Loss and Grief as well as Healing Perinatal Trauma and most recently the Wounded Healer training through Touchstone Institute.
