Lydia Hentz

Lydia Hentz is a licensed mental health therapist specializing in maternal wellness. She is particularly focused on navigating reproductive and birth trauma, grief and loss, and perinatal OCD. Lydia is certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and is a EMDRIA approved Consultant in Training under Dr. Mara Tesler Stein. While trained and certified in a variety of different treatment modalities, Lydia believes in a holistic approach to treatment. She understands that the most important component of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that therapy is a place where all clients are able to feel seen, safe, and supported. Lydia recognizes that the transition to motherhood can feel isolating, confusing, and daunting.
