Ashley Luongo

Ashley Luongo, LMHC, PMH-C, is a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions. She specializes in perinatal mental health, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and reproductive trauma. Ashley is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and holds a telehealth-only counseling license in Idaho. She provides both in-person and virtual therapy, creating a supportive and inclusive space for individuals navigating complex emotional experiences. Ashley holds a master's degree in counseling from Assumption University, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has completed EMDRIA-approved foundational training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), earned her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), and completed specialized training in infertility counseling. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including CBT and EMDR, while recognizing the unique emotional complexities of reproductive mental health. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals experiencing traumatic births, infertility treatments, miscarriage, stillbirth, and the often complicated emotions that accompany pregnancy and parenting after loss.
