Cyla Fisk

Cyla Fisk, LMFT, PMH-C is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Her Space Therapy Los Angeles. She specializes in working with women and parents navigating the complex intersections of trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. Much of her clinical training has focused on trauma and perinatal treatment, and her work is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. As a mother, a late-identified neurodivergent woman, and someone who has navigated many difficulties throughout the perinatal period, Cyla brings deep compassion and personal understanding to the therapy room. Cyla is especially passionate about supporting clients in the perinatal period, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility journeys, reproductive loss, and early parenthood. She also works with high-functioning professionals and creatives who may appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, chronic overwhelm, perfectionism, masking, and self-doubt. In addition, she supports neurodivergent women, including those who are late-identified autistic or ADHD, in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and more sustainable ways of moving through the world. Her work is holistic, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients regulate their nervous systems, deepen self-understanding, and move toward long-term healing and integration. Her therapeutic approach is relational, psychodynamic, and client-centered, while also drawing from somatic and parts-based modalities such as the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), EMDR (AF-EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ego state work. Cyla approaches therapy as both an art and a science, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, history, and pace. Clients can expect warmth, presence, and a gentle willingness to challenge patterns that no longer serve them, all within a space designed to foster safety, growth, and meaningful change.
