Christina Cackler

Christina J. Cackler, LCSW, MPH, PMH-C, is a licensed mental health clinician born and raised in rural Alaska and practicing in Utah, California and Alaska. She is based in Salt Lake City and operates a private mental health therapy and consulting practice, and also works remotely for her hometown in Alaska. Prior to moving into private practice, she worked as a child and adolescent therapist and then in integrated primary/behavioral health care supporting patients with complex medical needs. Her areas of specialization are in perinatal mental health, trauma-informed approaches, burnout prevention among medical and helping professionals, and supporting the healing from childhood and historical/intergenerational trauma. She is on a journey to help clients and colleagues understand the social, cultural, and historical roots of oppression and how it manifests in individuals and communities.
