Gabby Theobald-Anderson

Gabby Theobald-Anderson, LCSW, PMH-C, is the owner of Sweet Oak Therapy, a group private practice in Emeryville, CA focused on perinatal mental health, infertility, and the transition into parenthood. She works with people through pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and the identity upheaval that comes with building a family. She's also spent years supporting LGBTQ+ family building specifically, where the logistics of getting to parenthood can carry their own journey long before a baby arrives. Gabby holds an MSW from UC Berkeley and has spent more than two decades working with families, with specialized training as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician. Her approach is direct, warm, and down-to-earth. She also facilitates new parent support groups through Loving Arms Birth & Parenting in Emeryville, where much of her work centers on helping people process their birth stories and find language for experiences.
