Eriko Her

Eriko Her is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Belonging Therapy Collective, a counseling practice serving clients across Kansas. She believes that people heal best when they feel seen, understood, and like they belong, and that idea shapes everything about how she works with clients and how she runs her practice. Eriko works with teens, adults, and new parents who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and postpartum depression. She also helps parents who want to break old family patterns and raise their children differently than they were raised. As a neurodivergent therapist, she brings both professional training and personal understanding to her work, and she is especially attuned to clients who have spent a lot of time feeling out of step or misunderstood. Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She takes time to understand what each person is going through, then works with them to build practical tools they can use in everyday life. Eriko offers flexible options to fit real life. Most sessions are held online, so clients can get support from the comfort of home, and evening appointments are available for those with busy workdays. Clients who prefer to meet face to face can see her in person on Saturdays in Olathe.
