Amy Corbett

Amy has provided individual therapy to adults, young adults, adolescents, and parents for over twenty years and enjoys supporting others in learning about themselves, developing adaptive ways to manage distress, and feeling more connected to their experiences. Amy's work is trauma-informed and client-directed, focusing on self-care and mental wellness by guiding, empowering, and working collaboratively to assist individuals in achieving their goals. Amy engages clients with compassion and non-judgment, recognizing that they are experts of themselves. Amy draws on a variety of treatment approaches to support growth, healing, and mental wellness and has specialized training in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, sexual trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder, and perinatal mental health.
