Amy Jacobs

Amy is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional based in Toronto. She supports individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, Postpartum Depression, grief and PTSD. As a mother of two young children, Amy has a deep personal and professional interest in maternal mental health and offers focused support during the prenatal and postnatal periods. Amy brings a genuine and casual approach to therapy that helps clients feel at ease and understood. She also offers walk-and-talk therapy, providing a more relaxed alternative to traditional sessions. Her experience includes working in hospital settings, women’s shelters, and private practice. Amy currently facilitates a support group for mothers with Perinatal Mental Health Disorders in partnership with Postpartum Support International.
