Ashleigh Woods

Dr. Woods is a licensed psychologist and Health Service Provider in the State of Indiana. She has over a decade of experience in providing effective, quality mental health care. She works with women and men from diverse backgrounds, specializing in trauma, relationships, anxiety, and perinatal mental health. She works with families in the planning stages through early childhood, as well as working with families experiencing adoption, infertility, or loss. She is trained in EMDR, an evidenced-based trauma therapy. She has specialized training in anxiety management. She is also trained in couple's therapy using Imago Relationship Therapy and Gottman approaches. Dr. Woods helps her patients create an open and nonjudgmental space to explore their concerns and expand their possibilities in the face of difficult experiences or circumstances.
