Ashley Hartman

Ashley is an attachment based trauma psychotherapist with over ten years of experience in foster care, inpatient, outpatient hospitals, & private practice. Ashley received her Masters Degree from the University of Chicago with a concentration in clinical social work. Ashley's clinical expertise is in complex trauma, attachment and relational wounding, and maternal mental health. Ashley's therapeutic approach is attachment and trauma focused utilizing primarily attachment focused emdr, parts work, and an inner child framework. In February 2020 Ashley became certified through Postpartum Support International as a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Counselor.) Ashley is part of a very unique group of specialists that have completed the requirements of Postpartum Support International in trainings and years of perinatal mental health experience and passed the PMH-C exam. Ashleys maternal mental health specializations include birth trauma and perinatal anxiety and mood disorders.
