Blaire Melius is a licensed therapist who specializes in working with moms navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. With a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, she provides compassionate and personalized therapy, drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities. Blaire has a particular interest in treating postpartum OCD and lifelong OCD that intensifies in motherhood. Whether it’s intrusive thoughts, mental compulsions, or the pressure to “get it right,” she helps clients understand their symptoms, reduce shame, and build trust in themselves again. With a combination of i-CBT, EMDR, and personalized care, she guides clients through the layers of fear and self-doubt that keep them stuck.
