Britany Doughty

Britany is a Clinical Social Worker based in Michigan with over 10 years of experience in Perinatal, Infant, and Early Childhood Mental Health. From her experience in Infant Mental Health Home visiting, Britany brings an awareness of the infant attachment experience to her work with children and adults throughout the perinatal period and lifespan. She incorporates psychoeducation about the brain and brain development in order to help clients better understand what is happening inside their own brains and the brains of their children. Now with the addition of training in EMDR, she feels even more prepared to support clients and families as they work together towards healing old wounds and opening new sources of joy in their world.
