Life is full of challenges. Everyday we are tested with more than we can seemingly handle. My job is to walk beside you and support you as you face these challenges head on. No matter how daunting or insignificant the challenge seems, I’ll be there for you each step of the way. I believe you have all the strength and power within yourself to overcome anything life throws your way. My job is to be your sounding board and realistic supporter through your counseling journey. I will push you gently to dig deep under the surface and cheer you on as you achieve your goals. I specialize in trauma, women related issues, perinatal, anxiety, depression, and Christian faith-based challenges. I utilize EMDR, strengths based, CBT, and solution-focused therapy approaches to guide you to healing. I look forward to working with you on your journey!
