Chelsea Solorzano

Chelsea is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and is certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). She has a special place in her heart for supporting individuals and couples navigating the perinatal period and early parenthood, and specializes in issues related to trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, miscarriage, perinatal mood disorders, trauma, grief, and couple adjustment. As a therapist, Chelsea is always on the lookout for growth, and has a warm, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic style. Chelsea offers Brainspotting to clients, particularly as a way of reprocessing trauma, and also has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She seeks to support people in developing tools to care compassionately for themselves, cope with difficulties, and cultivate growth, meaning, and connection in their lives. Chelsea firmly believes that each of us is not alone, and that with support we can each find ways to move towards hope and wholeness.
