Christina Janiga

Christina Janiga (she/her) owns and operates a group private practice, Christina Janiga Psychotherapy in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. She is a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and EMDR Consultant working primarily with adults. She specializes in the treatment of past childhood trauma, developmental trauma, complex PTSD, preverbal trauma, perinatal mental health and grief, traumatic birth, and other adverse life experiences. Christina believes in the importance of making high quality trauma treatment and perinatal care accessible to all communities, and offers specialized counselling internship programs for Master’s level counselling psychology students who provide psychotherapy services to local maternal shelters.
