Claire Blakey

Claire Blakey, MA, LMFT, PMH-C is a licensed marriage and family therapist in California and founder and clinical director of Thrive Therapy Santa Barbara - a group practice treating eating disorders, body image, perinatal mental health (all things pregnancy + postpartum), alongside anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Alongside private practice, Claire also owns an educational business called The Flourishing Therapreneur - teaching therapists skills to flourish in private practice and other entrepreneurial endeavors. Through her podcast, courses and consultation, Claire supports clinicians who want to expand their reach beyond the therapy room. Locally, Claire is involved in leadership with SBCAMFT, where she holds the role of President of the local chapter. In addition to this, Claire also serves on the board for IAEDP Central Coast. Claire is a wife, therapist and mom of two daughters. She also has two Australian shepherd pups and enjoys spending lots of time at the beach in sunny Santa Barbara.
