Chandra Estefan

Dr. Estefan is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist practicing out of Miami. She has been working with women and families for over a decade to help them move forward from traumatic experiences, rebuild healthy self-esteem, and improve their relationships. As a mom herself, she particularly enjoys working with women and families throughout the perinatal journey. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are experiences rich with surprises-- sometimes joyous and sometimes painful. Dr. Estefan would love to accompany you through them and support you in becoming the parent you would like to be. Dr. Estefan speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. She also loves working with Asian communities. When her clients ask her how she copes with doing trauma work full-time, she jokes that she relies on Cheetos and Korean dramas! While that is very true, what really keeps her engaged in her work is the growth she witnesses in her clients. What is more beautiful than seeing others blossom into the person they want to be?
