Erin Hotz

As an award-winning social worker, mental health consultant, and therapist for over 15 years, Erin has helped clients navigate many of life's difficulties. Her educational background in both Social Work and Child Development gives her a unique, holistic perspective that informs her practice with all of her clients. Erin is passionate about helping clients through the many transitions in life. She especially enjoys working with parents in various stages of their journey, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Erin has extensive training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders that allows her to meet the particular needs that come up in this phase of life. She also enjoys using her child development knowledge to help parents navigate their own feelings, as well as to provide concrete, practical ideas for parents looking for guidance on their child's development. With all of her clients, she uses various different approaches based on the client's needs and always considers a person's strengths and what will work best for them as they navigate the healing process together.
