F. Taína Amaro

Taína is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and trauma therapist with a focus on fertility challenges and perinatal/birthing person trauma, intergenerational trauma, and medical/oncological trauma. She enjoys providing consultation, particularly for the communities she has helped to cultivate in perinatal and BIPOC spaces. Taína holds monthly group consultations for people focused on perinatal work, for clinicians who identify as BIPOC, and runs CIT cohorts. Additionally, Taína enjoys working with clinicians who are working with clients in languages other than English. She is a native English/Spanish speaker and is currently working on her third and fourth languages, Portuguese and American Sign Language.
