Ginger Hollemans

Ginger is a Licensed Clinical Master's Social Worker and a DONA Certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Grand Rapids, MI area. She is passionate about helping families know their options and find their voice in a system that can sometimes be overwhelming. With a background in hospice and medical social work, Ginger is passionate about helping individuals work through major life transitions with confidence and self-compassion. Ginger completed a Maternal and Child Health Fellowship through the University of Texas in 2011, and has been working in private practice specializing in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders since 2016. Ginger has received specializing training in birth trauma and postpartum PTSD, and is excited to offer EMDR therapy as an effective and powerful healing modality.
