Hayley Sanchez

Hello! My name is Hayley Sanchez - a therapist, wife, and mother. My area of focus is in perinatal mental health - which means I have the great joy of working with moms and moms-to-be to help prioritize their mental health. Maybe you are postpartum and struggling with feelings of depression or you are noticing increased anxiety. Maybe you are pregnant and do not feel like yourself and want to receive help prior to your baby being born. Or maybe you are a mom who is feeling the stress, mental load, and overwhelm of motherhood. I am here to help you have a space to process, unburdern, and find understanding. My goal in therapy is to have a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and provide a space where they feel seen and understood in a judgement free space. We use this time to meet the needs of you, the mother, and to learn new skills to help lighten the daily load. I provide virtual counseling sessions. My therapy experience has had a special interest in women's issues and trauma work. I use an eclectic style in therapy to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Certain modalities I use more frequently are person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
