Jackie Herrig

Jackie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist in Texas who specializes in treating women with a history of relational trauma. She also works in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and major life transitions, as well as navigating birth trauma, infertility, grief, identity shifts, and relational struggles. She utilizes an integrative and holistic approach, utilizing EMDR and pulling from IFS, psychodynamic, and AEDP orientations. Jackie also work with couples preparing for or adjusting to parenthood using Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home model, helping partners strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and build shared meaning in their new roles.
