I specialize in supporting parents and parents-to-be so that they can be the best version of themselves. Parenting is such hard work! We are often unintentionally carrying our unaddressed trauma and behavioral patterns into parenting and need support to heal and have the positive impact we want to have on our kids. I am here to help you find confidence and healing! As a mother of 4 I have experienced my own difficult adjustments to parenthood. I build on my lived experience and extensive professional training to help you grow into the parent you want to be.
In addition to finding healing from old trauma, I help parents through all of the early complications that can impact parenthood. This can include but isn't limited to: infertility, depression and anxiety, birth trauma, NICU experiences, miscarriage and infant/child loss and the transitions that are constantly occurring as our children grow up.
We will build an environment of trust and collaboration together. Expect in our work together to receive unending compassion from me and also be pushed to work really hard. We will focus on skills to relieve current distress and confidence as a parent first then move toward resolving underlying traumas and attachment wounds. With support, you can heal!
