Judy Pasdach

Judy is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who approaches therapy using mindfulness and compassion. She is trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders and EMDR and specializes in pre-term and medically complex birth and NICU trauma. She is dedicated to sharing her presence, empathy and insights for healing, integration, acceptance and joy. She has many years of experience as a hospital social worker and within the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical System providing support to adults with complex medical and psychological needs. She has assisted individuals with end-of-life transition including decision-making, planning and spiritual considerations. She has experienced the NICU as a parent and is now Peer Mentor for NICU parents. She is originally from New York and received her masters degree from Boston University.
