Karla Hernandez

Karla Hernandez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, who specializes in helping women, moms, and moms-to-be overcome the struggles of anxiety and depression to gain peace of mind. With almost a decade of experience in the field, Karla enjoys partnering with women to guide them through their worries, overthinking, and fears of not being good enough. After becoming a mother herself and learning about the disparities in perinatal mental health care, first hand, Karla has become passionate about creating a safe space for women, particularly BIPOC mothers, to receive the support they deserve.
