As a mom and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, Kaylee is passionate about supporting women and the perinatal population. Kaylee has years of experience, as well as specialized training, that have equipped her with the skills to support the unique needs of clients. Kaylee uses an easy-going, collaborative approach, because she believes that you are the expert on your life and family. Kaylee will work alongside you to manage the issues at hand and create the life you’ve always envisioned. You deserve support, you deserve to feel like yourself again, and Kaylee is here to help. Kaylee is an EMDR Trained Therapist. She also will blend of variety of cognitive based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) with emotionally focused therapy (EFFT) to best meet the clients’ unique needs. Kaylee's practice is guided by trauma-informed care and attachment theory. Often Kaylee and her clients find that past trauma, attachment, and emotions can help us understand the issues at hand, while cognitive therapies can help us manage them. To help you out along the way, some sessions will be followed up with an email that provides additional support, resources & recaps new learnings from the session!
