Kelsie Hammons

Kelsie Hammons is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She has a heart for supporting people through their reproductive years while they navigate the ups and downs of pre-parenting, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Her approach is to support a new parent's nervous system using an integrated therapeutic approach. Kelsie is EMDR trained through the perinatal lens. She also has additional training in evidenced-based modalities for clients experiencing a variety of stressors, including pre-parenting stress, reproductive decisions, unexpected pregnancy, support plans for birth and postpartum, birth story processing, motherhood or parental identity, support after birth trauma, childhood experiences that show up as triggers while parenting, regulating overwhelming emotions, etc.
