Kristin Hill

Kristin Hill is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. (LH 60897898) in the state of Washington. Kristin has over 10 years of experience counseling individuals and couples, as well as over 50 hours of training in PMADS (postpartum mood and anxiety disorders) and birth trauma support/prevention. She is trained as a Level 1 Birth Trauma Therapist and she is EMDR trained. Kristin applies EMDR and mindfulness in her work with women (and their partners) to manage anxiety, depression, fear around motherhood and birth, postpartum PTSD and planning for postpartum support. After having her own baby, Kristin realized the gap in care for women during this vulnerable time. She is proud to work alongside birthing women and their partners in order to help them navigate the often bumpy road of parenthood.
