Larisa Hobbs

Larisa is a Perinatal Mental Health Certified, EMDR trained therapist with a certification in Expressive Arts Therapy. With over 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher, she brings a body-centered approach into her counseling work. She is passionate about integrating mind+body awareness with creativity to support mental well-being. Larisa enjoys combining modalities of EMDR, trauma focused yoga, and expressive arts therapy. She believes the creative process to be a powerful tool in healing, often incorporating different expressive arts modalities, including writing, dance, movement, poetry, visual journaling, painting, drawing, and others. With additional training as a birth doula and pre/post natal yoga teacher, Larisa brings a holistic approach to perinatal mental health.
