You don't have to struggle in silence. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing the impact of trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD, including birth and perinatal trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing a trauma informed, strength-based approach to individuals, helping you create the healing, growth, and change you want for their life. I am EMDR Certified as well as an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I am Brainspotting Certified, and Gestalt Equine Therapy Certified. I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy. I believe that every individual has the innate ability to grow, and to heal; sometimes we need help in that process. EMDR intensives are offered as well. I am committed to building a positive therapeutic relationship with each of my clients, and I am passionate about helping my you move toward you goals, healing the past, and creating the healthy change you seek in your life.
