Laurie Ganberg

Laurie Ganberg, LICSW, PMH-C (she/they) offers therapy, supervision, and consultation in their Mountlake Terrace, WA private practice and online throughout Washington state. They have expertise in working with adults of all genders around life transitions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders; body image and identity shifts; grief and loss; infertility; and traumatic birth or other traumas in the perinatal time period. Her approach to therapy is nonjudgmental and collaborative. She pays attention to how oppression (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fat stigma, etc.) manifests in our lives; to the anger, stress, grief, and other emotions we experience living through these times; and in the ways we find strength, resilience, and power in community. They continue to receive ongoing consultation toward EMDR certification.
