Lesli Desai

Lesli Desai is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Seattle, with a focus on reproductive mental health, from pre-conception, infertility, and pregnancy, to pregnancy loss and the transition to parenthood, including non-traditional paths forward such as adoption, donor gametes, and living childfree not-by-choice. She has been working almost exclusively in reproductive mental health since 2012 and received her Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C) from Perinatal Support International in 2021. In addition to her lived experiences with infertility, loss, and adoption, Lesli was a founding clinician at a hospital outpatient maternal mental health program and perinatal partial hospitalization program, before moving into private practice and currently co-facilitates several perinatal groups in the greater Seattle area in addition to her clinical work with individuals and couples.
