Lindsay Reynolds

Lindsay enjoys working with adults going through life's transitions, whether that's young adulthood, parenthood, or other phases of life. As a perinatal mental health specialist, she is passionate about working with those in the perinatal period. Lindsay believes that an individual’s mental, physical, and emotional health and environment are connected, and impacted by the time period and transitions surrounding pregnancy. Her other areas of interest include boundary work, anxiety, women’s issues, stress, relationships, birth trauma, and grief. Lindsay draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness Therapy to help people improve their sense of wellbeing and manage stress in their daily lives.
