Maddie Storz

Sometimes in life it can feel like you don't know where to turn or how to move forward. Maddie is passionate about working with couples, individuals and families to find a way out and a way forward. She loves working with a variety of issues: infidelity, communication issues, life transitions, parenthood, grief and loss, and relational conflict. She also works in perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy loss and fertility challenges. She offers support to those who need an empathetic ear and a gentle voice. She utilizes elements of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples. She also loves to incorporate somatic techniques and work towards repairing the nervous system. She offers guidance for those going through difficult experiences utilizing a narrative, and trauma-focused perspective. She provides session in-person and on Telehealth in the state of Tennessee.
