Meghann Crane-Russ

Meghann is a Certified EMDR Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. Her therapy practice is deeply informed by her background as an in-patient medical social worker, where she provided support in maternal newborn, neonatal, and pediatric units to parents and families. Transitioning from this experience, she established her private practice. Meghann brings to the therapeutic relationship a unique blend of clinical expertise in coping with pregnancy, postpartum, and health-related stressors, coupled with a practical understanding of navigating healthcare systems. Her areas of specialization include birth trauma, pregnancy and child loss, TFMR, medically complex pregnancies, and offering support to parents of medically complex children.
