Melissa Gardner

Melissa Gardner, LSCSW, strives for all clients to feel safe, seen, and heard. Using curiosity and acceptance, Melissa balances helping clients make changes with a compassionate approach. She has received specialized training in Brainspotting Phase 1, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Level 1 Theraplay & Marschak Interaction Method (MIM), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia, sleep issues, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, neurodiversity affirming therapies, and attachment work. Melissa has her master’s degree in Social Work from Washburn University and is passionate about helping clients, families, and her community find new ways to live well. She provides in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals and families.
