Relationships are hard. So is finding the right therapist to help you work through them! I aim to streamline and personalize the bank of knowledge that I have to each and every person who comes to me. I apply principles, ideas and interventions in an integrated, thoughtful and, most of all, HOLISTIC way. No one knows you better than you know you, and I encourage a collaborative approach to therapy. The energy I bring into session is positive, warm, humorous, and nonjudgmental. I believe in each person who comes to see me. I know, without a doubt, that if you are committed to change, growth, and self-betterment you are absolutely capable of achieving it (although it can definitely be quite hard). You are a whole person who deserves to be seen, supported, and given access to the tools that can help you thrive through whatever you are going through. I am both sex and religion positive and enjoy working with people who are struggling, or have strengths that they’d like to access, in either area.
