My focus is to create a safe, nurturing and healthy space to break free of negative responses and provide coping strategies to build the life you want to live and to be the best version of you. My goal is to pass tools along to others so that you can feel happier, more balanced and fulfilled in all of the roles in your life. While I do specialize in perinatal mental health, I am also passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, difficulty with life transitions/adjustments and life stressors.
