Mischa Hadaway

Mischa is compassionate about nurturing the nurturer. Her intention is to help clients navigate the challenges from grief and loss, trauma, and to find their rhythm in this new role, regardless of your where you are in your journey. To improve the feelings associated with your experience of this "new hood"- motherhood/parenthood, by working together to process the sad, scary, or negative memories of your birth story in a way that empowers and supports you. Through the work done in therapy, her intention is to remind you of your worth. We will integrate your emotions of your experience and decrease reactivity to them to something that feels manageable and help you navigate your new normal. Mischa refers to herself as an Eclectic Therapists, she has been a LCSW for more than 10 years, who specializing in perinatal wellness. She enjoys providing consultation, individual, and group therapy. She has a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend appointments. Currently sessions are virtual. Most insurance providers accepted.
