I focus on interpersonal connections - listening, comforting, and creating a healing environment to earn your trust and create change. The environment will always be judgment free so that you can feel comfortable to bring your most personal issues. I have developed an eclectic, problem-solving approach, involving elements of different therapies. My focus is on using an approach that fits you and your concerns. I am a results-oriented therapist, identifying with you specific changes to be accomplished, with emphasis on your establishing an effective combination of thoughts, feelings, and behavioral skills. I am experienced in working with individuals, couples, and groups. I have helped people with a wide range of issues including but not limited to women's mental health, perinatal and postnatal challenges, anxiety and depression, PSTD, communication, trauma, couples/relationship issues, social difficulties, self-esteem, and existential issues. I have advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mental health as this population is very important to me. I offer telehealth visits as well as in home visits for parents that find themselves unable to make it to the office. For those parents dealing with traumatic events surrounding their perinatal experience I offer EMDR, with a focus in perinatal mental health. Therapy is an incredibly unique and personal experience. It is important to find the right therapist that fits for you. Not every therapist will fit and that's why it important to find the therapist that provides a safe environment that will be the catalyst for change.
