Rebecca Carr

Rebecca Carr, LPC, NCC, PMH-C, has spent over twenty years helping women heal and create meaningful, fulfilling lives. She specializes in perinatal mental health and trauma, supporting women through all stages of family building. Rebecca also works with anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, and attachment wounds. Her interactive, compassionate practice blends EMDR and ACT therapies, tailoring each approach to help clients process their experiences, heal deeply, and move toward the lives they want to lead. Rebecca is an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant-in-Training. She is passionate about mentoring new and out-of-practice EMDR therapists, guiding them in confidently integrating EMDR into their work.
