Rebecca Lehman

Rebecca works with adults experiencing anxiety and depression and specializes in working with individuals during the perinatal period. This includes the process of conception, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, trauma, and loss. She is also passionate about helping parents manage on-going stress, medical complications with their children, and parenting children with special needs. Rebecca is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider through Postpartum Support International and trained through Touchstone Institute in Foundational EMDR and NICU Parenting. Rebecca utilizes a variety of evidence based techniques to help clients feel more hopeful, decrease distress, and improve relationships with themselves and others.
