Rosemary Muñoz

Rosemary Muñoz, LCSW, PMH-C, is a licensed clinical social worker who supports adults navigating some of life’s most vulnerable and meaningful transitions. Her work centers on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexities that can arise during these stages. Rosemary is deeply committed to helping clients feel grounded, understood, and supported as they work toward healing and greater emotional balance. She holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and has completed specialized perinatal EMDR training with the Touchstone Institute Network. Her clinical approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, somatic strategies, and cognitive behavioral techniques. Rosemary tailors therapy to each individual, with attention to how stress, trauma, anxiety, and identity shifts impact daily functioning, relationships, and sense of self. Rosemary is known for creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences at their own pace.
