Skye Ross

Skye Ross holds Masters degrees in clinical social work and public health and brings over a decade of practice with complex trauma in community health, court-based, community mental health, and private practice settings. She is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in New York and Colorado. Skye holds certifications in perinatal mental health and as a certified EMDR therapist and consultant-in-training. Her practice integrates somatic, internal family systems/parts work, and cognitive behavioral practices into her therapy practice and she is trained in Gottman couples therapy. Skye has nearly a decade of experience providing clinical supervision to social workers and therapists and brings an integrated developmental approach to her consultation practice. Skye offers individual and couples therapy focusing on perinatal trauma, traumatic loss, and termination for medical reasons. Loss during the perinatal period brings specific physical and mental experiences that transcends the individual physically experiencing the loss, impacting their relationships with their partner, other kids, and family and friends. Skye will offer practical tools and support you with building insight into your own nervous system and belief patterns to support healing beyond therapy room.
